Wheat pretreatment - continuous wheat frying machine
The primary purpose of processing wheat raw materials for thin mash fermentation is to sterilize the raw materials, α-starchify the wheat starch, facilitate the full functioning of aspergillus amylase, regulate the surface moisture of soybeans, inhibit contamination by miscellaneous bacteria, and facilitate the production of koji. Therefore, the processing of wheat raw materials employs the techniques of roasting and crushing.
The frying process of wheat is automated, with touch screen control allowing for reasonable adjustment of frying parameters. During the baking process, the material comes into direct contact with high-temperature air, and the high-temperature air can be recycled, resulting in high efficiency and energy conservation. The entire baking process uses natural gas as fuel, reducing black smoke and sulfide emissions, making it more environmentally friendly.
